Radon Mitigation Solutions

If the results from your radon test show high radon gas levels within your property (over 200 Bq/m³), we will recommend effective long-term mitigation solutions tailored to your property and the level of radon detected. This will either involve a Positive Pressure Ventilation system, a Sump Extraction system, or a combination of both.

Positive Pressure Ventilation

We install whole-house, loft, or wall-mounted Positive Input Ventilation (PIV) systems to create a gentle positive pressure and dilute radon at the source. Our team has extensive experience installing PIV systems in high-radon areas across the UK.

Sump Extraction

For properties with voids or suitable sub-floor space, we install extraction sumps with fan stacks that draw radon gas directly from beneath the building before it can enter.

Combination of Both

In our experience, sump extraction on its own is not always the most effective solution. In many properties, the best results are achieved by combining Sump Extraction with Positive Pressure Ventilation to provide a more reliable reduction in radon levels.
